Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of professional work experience.
• Customer service or call center experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answering and responding to customer service requests.
• Monitoring service tickets and following up with customers.
• Scheduling service technicians and appointments.
• Coordinating technician schedules by geographic area.
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their service.
• Helping resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Assisting customers who contact or visit the office.
• Learning our windows, roofing, siding and gutter products to assist customers.
