Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in customer relations to engage with customers regarding orders and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The role involves extensive order processing, scheduling service/delivery orders, and coordinating with operations. Monday–Friday, 12pm–5pm shifts wymagają odpowiedzialności i precyzji w obsłudze klienta.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
