Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, TX. The individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas while complying with safety policies.

This is a full-time position with a schedule from M-F 7:00am to 3:30pm, offering $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Candidates should have strong communication skills, and knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, training or experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Comply with safety rules and report incidents.
