Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep while reporting hazards to your supervisor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional conduct, and adherence to safety rules and company procedures. Shift is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a pay range of $15.50–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require a valid driver’s license; completion of safety and task training; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual is a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills requested.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
