Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Customer Service Representative responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. You will perform duties on the daily schedule and operate cleaning equipment to maintain high standards.

The role requires effective communication with supervisors and coworkers, adherence to safety rules, and a professional appearance. Training provided; shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with hourly wages $14.00–$15.50.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination.
• May require a valid driver’s license and safety & task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; willingness to share with team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work in a team with other employees.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
