Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lancaster, TX. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while communicating professionally with teammates and supervisors.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a $15–$16 per hour wage and comprehensive benefits. No specific education is required; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, with forklift certification possible.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and report incidents to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, company procedures, and wear PPE.
• Interact professionally with lead, supervisor, coworkers, and customers.
