Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining records, generating reports, and identifying opportunities to upsell based on customer history.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in order entry and records.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent; SAP ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately.
• Maintain customer, territory, and facility records with attention to accuracy.
• Generate reports and monitor shipment dates for timely delivery.
• Communicate customer needs to sales reps and management; provide sales support.
