You will work with Territory Representatives and Branch Offices to identify opportunities and provide solutions, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, handling multiple systems, and promoting new products during calls, with travel up to 10% in the local area.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately in order entry system (orders, quotes, returns, etc.).
• Maintain customer and territory records and document interactions.
• Generate reports and monitor shipment dates for timely delivery.
• Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; identify up-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and selling partners to resolve issues.
