Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• General computer proficiency including MS Office.
• Preferred SAP or ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and ensure accuracy of customer transactions in order entry system (orders, quotes, returns).
• Maintain customer and territory records, facility records, and document all customer interaction.
• Generate reports and monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhere to Accounts Receivables policies and verify price/terms per procedures.
• Multitask across multiple computer systems and communication platforms.
• Provide impeccable customer service and sales support; relay customer needs to sales/management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
