Qualifications

• Two years of college with 3–5 years’ work experience.
• Good computer skills proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customer via phone and in person.
• Enter orders and quotations.
• Complete and update credit applications and verify credit limits.
• Update supplier forms when required.
• Provide customer status reports.
• Manage documentation for the SOX compliant form.
• Send out weekly customer status reports.
• Set-up ship-to to correspond to customer.
• Manage customer master.
• Quote all internet leads.
• Cross check acknowledgements to quotes and DN’s.
• Manage Morgan Olson presentation starter, assist sales team when requested.
• File orders and organize the system.
• Enter all sales change orders including BBIS orders.
• Support and participate in pilot reviews and customer events.
