Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process customer and vendor purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries while providing outstanding customer service.
• Prepare customer quotations and vendor requests for quotes (RFQs).
• Maintain inventory records and product specifications.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
• Perform clerical duties, including filing, processing shipping tickets, and credit memos.
• Assist with problem-solving and support the Sales Team with daily operations.
