Job summary

Grenzebach Corporation is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Sales Support specialist based in Newnan, Georgia. This position involves assisting customers in identifying the correct parts based on technical specifications while collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the order lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a mechanical aptitude, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience in Sales Support and Customer Service preferred.

Job Description

• Assist customers with identifying the correct parts based on technical specifications, drawings, and Bills of Materials.
• Review engineering drawings and BOMs to verify part numbers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical questions and customer requests.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide technical sales support throughout the order lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to equipment, components, and replacement parts.
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
• Consistently meet proposal deadlines, satisfy customer requests and achieve internal sales and margin targets
• Monitor the flow of a part through design, work preparation, fabrication, installation and commissioning
• Cooperate with internal departments such as Procurement, Planning, and Manufacturing to ensure staying in the proposed time frame
• Maintain pricing structure/margin for master price list
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for results
• Exceptional communication skills to successfully interface with internal departments and customers
• Strong Organizational skills
• Experience with SAP and Dynamics CRM systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Technical Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand industrial equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product structures.
• Familiarity with CAD/modeling software is preferred.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, and assembly methods.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
