Purpose Financial, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our Grand Rapids area center. You will assist customers, promote financial products, and support marketing efforts while ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus) and experience in sales or customer service. Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to success in this role.

• Actively assist in meeting the center's performance metrics by selling financial products and services to customers.

• Manage cash controls and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry.
