Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Miami to drive sales, manage customer interactions, and support marketing efforts.

You will handle transactions, assist with collections, and maintain accurate customer records in the POS system while upholding regulatory standards. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
• Strong math skills, professional verbal communication by phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting the center’s performance metrics and sell financial products.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone.
• Deploy marketing efforts in the community and track results.
• Manage customer concerns, and participate in customer transactions.
• Enter customer and transaction information into the POS system and maintain files.
• Perform collection calls and related duties as assigned.
