Job summary

Glass and Growlers in Las Vegas is hiring an on-site Customer Service / Sales Representative. This entry-level inside sales and customer service role handles inbound calls and emails, quotes custom print jobs, collects artwork, sends proofs, and secures written approval before printing.

You will enter orders accurately, coordinate production and shipping, and follow up on quotes that didn’t close. On-site position, Monday through Friday, with standard shop hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, inside sales, retail or order entry.
• Clear written English communication.
• Comfortable asking for payment and collecting balances.
• On-site work at 80 N. Mojave Rd., Las Vegas.
• Reliable and available Monday–Friday during shop hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails.
• Quote custom print jobs and explain lead times honestly.
• Collect artwork, send proofs, and get written approval before printing.
• Require payment before printing or ordering glass.
• Enter orders accurately and follow them through production and shipping.

Glass and Growlers is hiring an on-site Customer Service / Sales Representative in Las Vegas.

We print custom glassware and branded drinkware for events, teams, businesses, and retail. This is an entry-level inside sales and customer service seat. It is not graphic design and not commission-only sales.

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours in a workweek.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Quote custom print jobs and explain lead times honestly
• Collect artwork, send proofs, and get written approval before we print
• Require payment before we order glass or start production
• Enter orders accurately and follow them through production and ship
• Follow up on quotes that did not close
• Work with production when a date, color, or stock issue comes up
