You will process policy changes, discuss new coverages, and support marketing efforts while maintaining product knowledge.

Responsibilities include guiding policyholders, handling payments and renewals, and documenting interactions.

Farmers Insurance - Ana Alvarez Agency is rapidly growing. We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking a full-time position. Tue to Saturday position

Our Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining product knowledge, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Sales are also implemented, as well as marketing events, and new leads are generated.We do ot just want to hire someone who needs a job; we want to hire the right individual that fits our agency culture.

Customer and employee success and satisfaction are our top two priorities. The two go hand in hand, and they build each other up.

• Technical Skills: Experience with insurance systems, carrier portals, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual skills are a significant plus for serving our local community. Spanish-English preferred.
