Qualifications

• Must be bilingual. speak Spanish and English
• Experience or client-facing background a plus
• Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
• Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
• Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills

• Develop insurance quotes
• Communication with our hot leads and clients
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Understand prospect’s needs and identify sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and future clients
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
• Service our clients with superior service
• Ability and desire to achieve goals
