Midwestern Wheels, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly, sales‑oriented Customer Service Associate to deliver a best‑in‑class guest experience and promote upgrades and additional services.

You’ll engage customers, answer questions, and work with the team to keep operations running smoothly, including evenings and weekends. Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven with ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and providing recommendations.
• Identify renters’ needs and recommend relevant upgrades and services.
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team to keep operations running smoothly and enhance guest experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed; learn, grow, and impact outcomes.
