Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty USA Inc is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator – Sales Operations & Claims in Miami to support sales support operations, event logistics, and customer claims management across the U.S. You will liaise with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate claims resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, supply chain, events or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, event marketing, logistics or related operations.
• Experience in luxury beauty is a plus.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• English and Spanish fluency; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate allocation and delivery of DG Beauty tools, materials and event assets for events and pop-ups.
• Manage event/activation schedules and prioritize shipments to meet timelines.
• Ensure on-time, full delivery for retail and brand activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing, and Retail teams.
• Monitor inventory and maintain records of event assets and materials.
• Serve as primary contact for event logistics and inquiries.
• Maintain records of allocations, shipments, and activities.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure activities comply with Dolce&Gabbana Beauty standards.
