Job summary

You will assist across departments, manage merchandise, and support checkout processes to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select products.
• Replenish stock and organize shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Assist in preparing department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
