Job summary

Midway Auto Group seeks a motivated Customer Service & Rental Agent to join our team in Mission Viejo, CA. You will assist customers, determine needs with focused sales techniques, and guide them through rental options with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 6+ months of sales experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Extremely high energy level.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background; Pre-Employment Drug Test, SSN Validation, and Criminal Record.
• Minimum 3 years of license history and recent active driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while applying focused sales techniques to determine customer needs to enhance the rental experience.
• Prepare rental documents accurately and disclose rates, charges, terms, and obtain signatures.
• Be knowledgeable on vehicle fleet and services and provide information on options offered.
• Assist customers by resolving service issues and maintaining professionalism.
• Process Daily Business Report and other revenue reporting functions; perform other duties as assigned; may include car washing/vacuuming.
