Job summary

Nexus Brands Group in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Customer Service & Retail Supervisor to lead the Customer Service Department. The role requires coaching a team, managing showroom operations, and ensuring high service levels across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The candidate will coordinate scheduling, handle escalations, and drive showroom displays and promotions in NetSuite. Excellent communication and a customer-first approach are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while guiding a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service team members, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability, productivity, and service excellence.
• Coordinate team scheduling, workload balancing, break coverage, and staffing to maintain service levels.
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in person, including order entry, troubleshooting, and product support.
• Process RMAs, returns, refunds, exchanges, and drop-ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee showroom and front counter operations, responsible for inventory accuracy within NetSuite and merchandising.
• Collaborate across departments to implement process improvements and maintain a positive customer-focused culture.
