Job summary

Nexus Brands Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Retail Supervisor for our Chandler, AZ site. The role leads the Customer Service Department, overseeing daily showroom and front counter operations, and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years related experience or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring accountability and service excellence.
• Experience handling showroom and retail operations, including inventory and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Retail teams to ensure workflow continuity and department performance.
• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in person, including order entry and product support.
• Oversee showroom and front counter operations, inventory, and merchandising in NetSuite.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, and Marketing.
• Develop SOPs, reporting, and controls to support efficiency and compliance.
