We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and dedicated to delivering excellent experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat/text
• Resolve problems and address issues thoughtfully
• Act as an internal advocate by relaying user feedback and suggesting improvements

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
