Position
We seek a Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support to our customers and fleet partners via phone, email, and chat/text. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering an excellent customer and partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and support to customers and partners through phone, email, and chat/text
• Resolve problems and address issues experienced by customers and partners thoughtfully
• Act as an advocate for our customers and fleet partners by relaying feedback and suggesting improvements to our services and operations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Tech-savvy with Mac and iOS experience
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM
• College degree or equivalent work experience
