Customer Service Representative - Work From Home (Chandler, AZ)

At CVS Health, we’re dedicated to transforming health care by building a world of health around every consumer. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely, supporting our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy in Chandler, AZ.

Position Summary:

Candidates must reside in Arizona within 75 miles of Chandler, AZ. The role involves providing telephone support to patients on specialty drug therapy, coordinating medication orders, verifying benefits, and working with insurance and healthcare providers to resolve issues.

Work Schedule: Flexible 40-hour shifts any day from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am-9 pm EST. A set schedule will be provided upon offer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with medication orders, benefits, and insurance interactions.
• Ensure timely processing of prescriptions and resolve clinical or account issues.
• Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
• At least one year of customer service experience handling complex needs over the phone.
• Proficiency with Windows applications, internet, email, and keyboarding skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience, familiarity with benefits, insurance, and medical terminology.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Pay Range: $17.00 - $28.46 per hour
