Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for our B2B customers. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails, processing customer orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote role. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for timely and accurate order validation, understanding service expectations for diverse customer requirements.
  2. Manage order modifications in line with customer requests, minimizing negative service impacts and financial risks.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries about order status, inventory, product info, discrepancies, account status, pricing, and sales programs.
  4. Address and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and fax, maintaining communication standards.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Pricing, Sales, Transportation, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Sales Force.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of current technology tools like Delivery Ware, Team-Email, Customer Websites, and EDI to respond efficiently.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a service industry.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle high-volume work accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Information:

The estimated base salary range is $31K to $44K USD, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors. Employees are eligible for bonuses or sales incentives.
