You will balance cash, resolve discrepancies, and support branch operations while promoting banking solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH, and wire requests.
• Open new accounts and perform account maintenance with accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and online banking support; answer questions and guide customers.
• Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accuracy in daily operations.
• Promote bank products and services while maintaining compliance and supporting branch operations.
