Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH and wire requests.
• Open new accounts and perform account maintenance while keeping accurate customer records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting online banking.
• Balance cash drawers, research discrepancies, and ensure daily operational accuracy.
• Promote bank products and services while maintaining compliance and supporting branch operations.
