Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for consumers. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product and warranty questions.

This is a remote role starting June 16, 2025. Contact Center hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern Time, with rotating shifts weekly. Starting pay is $17.07/hr with benefits from Day 1, including all equipment. Please apply if you are available to start on June 16, 2025, and have no planned time off through July 18th.

Contact Center hours are 7am-6pm Central Time, 6am-5pm Mountain Time, and 5am-4pm Pacific Time. Candidates must be able to work within their respective time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, enhancing the reputation of FBIN products through positive interactions.
  • Manage inbound calls, accurately identifying issues and providing clear solutions for product and technical support.
  • Use technology to assist consumers with product identification, troubleshooting, and guiding them through repair/installation processes.
  • Resolve challenging consumer situations, ensuring positive outcomes for both the customer and FBIN.
  • Meet or exceed daily performance targets in call quality, management, and productivity while following all processes and procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, product details, and troubleshooting efforts for efficient record-keeping.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word; experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
  • Ability to focus in a low-mobility, high-observation environment.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
  • Must meet internet speed requirements, pass background and drug tests, and follow remote work policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
Additional Information

The estimated salary range is $31K - $44K USD, with actual compensation based on various factors. Employees are eligible for bonuses or incentives based on performance. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and ERGs.
