The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer care to create a positive experience for consumers. This role involves managing inbound calls and emails from customers regarding product and warranty questions.
This is a remote role starting June 16, 2025. Contact Center hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern Time, with rotating shifts weekly. Starting pay is $17.07/hr with benefits from Day 1, including all equipment. Please apply if you are available to start on June 16, 2025, and have no planned time off through July 18th.
Contact Center hours are 7am-6pm Central Time, 6am-5pm Mountain Time, and 5am-4pm Pacific Time. Candidates must be able to work within their respective time zones.
The estimated salary range is $31K - $44K USD, with actual compensation based on various factors. Employees are eligible for bonuses or incentives based on performance. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and ERGs.
