Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will build lasting relationships with customers and deliver prompt, friendly service for insurance needs and billing inquiries.

You will educate customers using a needs-based approach to explain coverages and options, and you may be involved in licensing processes as required to support the agency and client base.
