Job summary

State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a customer-focused team member to help build relationships, educate clients on insurance options, and support online presence. Licensing in property/casualty and life/health is required or obtainable.

Position offers hourly pay plus commissions/bonuses, Simple IRA, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
