Agentonmidway in Dallas, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm agent team. The role focuses on establishing customer relationships and delivering prompt service for insurance and financial products.

This is a full-time on-site position in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team while pursuing required licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health to support customers

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
