Job summary

Talentify is assisting a State Farm independent contractor agency in California to hire an Agent Team Member. You will establish relationships with customers, handle inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing questions.

You will also develop leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and market appropriate products. This role offers hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and growth potential within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
