Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market suitable products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.
