Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Full Time in Humble, TX

Position Overview

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If yes, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be your ideal career! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products.

Requirements
