You will help maintain strong customer relationships, ensure efficient service delivery, and identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance solutions. This position blends service excellence with sales responsibility and offers growth opportunities for motivated, performance-driven individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the service team by handling routine customer service requests
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information
• Process policy changes, updates, and account maintenance
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Conduct consultative conversations to recommend appropriate products
• Assist customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and policy documentation

SALES EXPECTATIONS

• Generate new policies and additional coverage for existing customers
