As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Botkin - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other team members, and anticipating community members' needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
