Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Dean - State Farm, you are essential to our daily operations and customer success. You will build agency growth through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Your proactive marketing of relevant products and services will improve our customers' lives. We seek attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professionals to join our team.Responsibilities

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance, policy changes, claims, and billing.
• Foster successful and lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products/services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
