RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, follow up as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing clarifications
• Use social media and sponsor local marketing events to promote our agency
