Role DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tim Peiffer - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate the needs of community members.

Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
