Job summary

State Farm Agent Team in Loves Park, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm independent contractor team. You will establish relationships with customers, answer inquiries about insurance products, and educate clients on available options to fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
