We grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. This role focuses on the ability to resolve customer inquiries, research billing questions, make policy changes, respond to company underwriting and service emails, file and follow-up on claims, and provide unmatched hospitality. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
