• Help customers bundle auto, home, renters, life, and other available insurance products.
• Identify appropriate cross-selling and multi-line opportunities.
• Introduce customers to additional products that may improve their overall protection.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team member when needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, policy changes, and coverage recommendations.
• Document customer conversations and maintain accurate account information.
• Support customer retention by resolving concerns and creating a positive experience.
• Work toward individual and agency service and account-growth goals.
