About the Role

We are a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona-licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role / No Weekend Work / Paid Holidays / Paid Personal Time. You can expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance.

We are looking for someone who is self-managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high-volume customer contact and rejection. An active AZ P&C license is required and we’re only interviewing licensed candidates at this time. We are looking for someone who is interested in being the lead service person or a team member who would like to do both sales and service

Schedule, Work Environment & Compensation

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.
• No weekend work.
• Hybrid work-from-home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation.
• Your success and income will be measured by your results.
• Compensation: expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance.
• Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month.
• Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, your birthday).
• We do not currently offer health insurance or retirement plans. Longevity with the agency is rewarded with additional paid time off.
