State Farm Agent Team Member in Caribou, ME is hiring a Full Time Customer Service Representative. You will handle policy questions, changes, billing issues, and customer requests while supporting renewals and retention.

We are looking for a licensed, dependable, positive, and customer-focused individual to join our established insurance agency as a Customer Service Team Member.

This position is primarily focused on taking great care of our existing customers. We have a large, established book of business and are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and building relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You’ll work directly with our customers and team to

• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing questions, and general service needs
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests
• Help customers understand their insurance coverage and identify potential gaps
• Process policy changes and follow up on outstanding service items
