The Agency provides training, licensing reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement through the Agent Aspirant Program; we welcome customer-focused, empathetic team players eager to grow with a trusted brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain Ohio P&C and Life & Health licenses if not licensed.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Team Member with Brad Larson State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

The Brad Larson State Farm Agent is certified to mentor team members to prepare for the opportunity of Agency Owner through the Agent Aspirant Program. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Pivot to insurance products and services that would benefit the customer.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain the Ohio Property and Casualty and Life and Health Licenses if not already licensed.

Compensation

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
