Sam’s Furniture in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support customers with outbound calls, analyze needs, and provide solutions. You will maintain detailed records and help ensure satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Proficient with computer systems and software.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Driver's License required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
• Creating & filing paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.)
• Checking out customers whether the payment is cash, check, credit-card, or financing
• Reconciling your drawer at the end of shift
• Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays

Qualifications:
