Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with computer systems and software.
• Reliable transportation to/from work.
• Driver's License required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to provide assistance and support.
• Analyze customer needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to improve customer service processes and procedures.
• Create & filing paperwork (invoices, financial slips, etc.).
• Check out customers and process payments (cash, check, credit-card, financing).
• Reconcile drawer at end of shift.
• Must be willing to work weekends and most holidays.
