Job summary

Sam’s Furniture in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will make outbound calls, analyze customer needs, and provide solutions while maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. You will help ensure customer satisfaction and support store operations at our Springdale location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Accuracy & detail-orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
• Reliable transportation to & from work.
• Must be willing to work assigned schedule.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours.
• Driver's License (Required)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
